Imagine a cashew brie and blue roquefort. Our famous vegan cheeses are made in-house. In a specially build cheese house at our restaurant in Amsterdam we age these cheeses for weeks to give them the taste they are known for.
For the no meat lovers
Our speciality for the no-meat lovers: pulled jackfruit, onions, peppers and mushrooms in a smokey bbq sauce. Served on a soft bun and topped with a chilli mayonnaise & coleslaw. Enjoy.
